Sopris Rookie Panniers are compact, single-compartment panniers designed exclusively for use with Sopris Rookie and Rookie Lite saddles. They are recommended for goats under 135 pounds and 32 inches at the withers, as well as alpacas.

Each pannier measures 14 × 11 × 7 inches, with a combined capacity of approximately 1,100 cubic inches per set. The panniers feature a formfitting lid and weigh 1 lb. 8 oz. per set. Available colors include Olive Green and Royal Blue.

Stability is enhanced through two detachable stabilizing straps on each pannier, which connect to the front and rear cinches to keep loads secure during movement. A removable Pannier Stabilizing Bar adds rigidity and can be detached for cleaning. The center of the bar serves as a carrying handle, security strap attachment point, and loadscale weighing point. The panniers do not include a drawstring top or rain cover attachments, reducing complexity and potential snag points.

Designed for small pack animals, Sopris Rookie Panniers provide a simple, stable solution for carrying light loads during outdoor activities.
